We begin 2025 with Mars retrograde moving through your 4th house of home and family. There may be annoyances or issues that come up regarding your family or where you're living. If you have a day chart and were born during the daytime, Mars retrograde has the opportunity to cause more issues or be more annoying; this is due to Mars being your greater malefic. If you have a night chart and were born when it was dark outside, Mars isn't your greater malefic, and this means the Mars retrograde may be more productive for you. You could be more focused on your home in general and want to make changes to it. Some of you will move due to Mars triggering your 4th house.


Your energy and motivation are majorly impacted by Mars retrogrades because Mars is your chart ruler - Aries is ruled by Mars. Some of you will not have the energy that you typically do. The Virgo and Pisces Eclipses have triggered changes in your 6th/12th house axis. We've only had one of these eclipses so far - the first happening in September 2024.
